摘要
目的探讨小隐静脉解剖变异及其彩色多普勒超声的评估价值。方法选取2019年7月~2020年1月于我科行下肢血管彩色多普勒超声检查的50例患者(小隐静脉100条),观察小隐静脉的起始、走行及其汇入点等信息,利用超声检查进行评估。结果彩色多普勒超声可清晰显示小隐静脉的管腔、走行位置及其汇入点。100条小隐静脉起始部观察:Ⅰ型单支起始型51条、Ⅱ型双支起始型29条、Ⅲ型三支起始型10条及Ⅳ型四支起始型10条。小隐静脉汇入点变异较多,100条小隐静脉中正常型61条、高位型37条及低位型2条。结论彩色多普勒超声可实时动态观察小隐静脉,明确其起始部、汇入点及与肌间静脉的关系,为临床提供准确的影像学信息。
Objective To explore the anatomical variation of small saphenous vein and the value of color Doppler ultrasound in its evaluation.Methods 50 patients who underwent Doppler ultrasonography of 100 small saphenous veins of lower extremity blood vessels in our department from July 2019 to January 2020 were selected.The information about the origin,course and its point of entry were observed and evaluated by ultrasound.Results Ultrasound can clearly show the lumen,course and the point of entry of the small saphenous vein.The observation of the initial part of 100 small saphenous veins was as fouows:51 cases of single branch(type Ⅰ),29 cases of double branches(type Ⅱ),10 cases of triple branches(type Ⅲ),and 10 cases of four branches(type Ⅳ).There were many variations at the point of entry of the small saphenous vein.Among 100 cases,61 cases were normal type,37 cases were high type,and 2 cases were low type.Conclusion Ultrasound can observe the small saphenous vein dynamically,clarify its origin,the point of entry and the relationship with the intermuscular vein,so as to provide accurate imaging information for clinicians.
