摘要
用不同比例的木霉、白腐真菌、酵母、乳酸菌处理玉米秸秆,通过筛选出最佳组合,然后对肉牛进行饲喂试验。结果表明,添加筛选出的菌种组合,发酵后的玉米秸秆微贮味酸甜,改善饲料的适口性,提高肉牛的采食量,不同程度的提高肉牛的日增重,除了试验4组外,其他组合菌组均显著提高了肉牛增重,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。
Corn Straw was treated with different proportion of Trichoderma,white rot fungus,yeast and lactic acid bacteria,and the best combination was selected.The results showed that the fermented corn straw had a slightly sweet and sour taste,which improved the palatability of the feed and increased the intake of beef cattle,all the five groups increased the daily gain of beef cattle in different degree,except the fourth groups,the other groups increased the daily gain of beef cattle significantly,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).
