蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌活菌治疗小儿腹泻的效果

Effects of Montmorillonite powder combined with live Bifidobacterium in treatment of pediatric diarrhea

目的:观察蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌活菌治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法:选取90例腹泻患儿作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组各45例。两组均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用蒙脱石散治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合双歧杆菌活菌治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、症状改善时间、免疫功能指标水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%(43/45),明显高于对照组的71.11%(32/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腹痛缓解时间、退热时间、呕吐缓解时间、大便恢复正常时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后白细胞分化抗原CD4+/CD8+、免疫球蛋白IgG和IgA水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌活菌治疗腹泻患儿,可提高治疗总有效率和免疫功能指标水平,缩短症状改善时间,其效果优于单纯蒙脱石散治疗效果。

Objective:To observe effects of Montmorillonite powder combined with live Bifidobacterium in treatment of pediatric diarrhea.Methods:90 children with diarrhea were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,45 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with Montmorillonite powder,while the observation group was treated with live Bifidobacterium on the basis of that of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment,the time of symptom improvement,the levels of immune function indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%(43/45),which was significantly higher than 71.11%(32/45)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time to relieve abdominal pain,the time to reduce fever,the time to relieve vomiting,and the time to return to normal stool in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of leukocyte differentiation antigen CD4+/CD8+,immunoglobulin IgG and IgA in the observation group after the treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Montmorillonite powder combined with live Bifidobacterium in the treatment of the children with diarrhea can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the levels of immune function indicators,and shorten the time for symptom improvement.Moreover,it is superior to single Montmorillonite powder.
