低频电刺激联合生物反馈疗法在产后盆底肌肉康复中的应用效果 被引量:11

摘要 目的:观察低频电刺激联合生物反馈疗法在产后盆底肌肉康复中的应用效果。方法:选取140例产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各70例。对照组产后42 d进行常规盆底肌肉康复训练,观察组产后42 d在对照组基础上实施低频电刺激联合生物反馈疗法,比较两组治疗前后盆底肌力等级、盆底收缩力(MVCP)、阴道静息压(VRP)、盆底肌最高肌电位值与盆底功能障碍症状改善情况。结果:治疗后,观察组盆底肌力V级与IV级率高于对照组,MVCP与盆底肌最大肌电位值明显大于对照组,VRP以及下腹胀坠感明显、阴道松懈、尿急尿频、阴道干涩发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规盆底肌肉康复训练基础上采用低频电刺激联合生物反馈疗法可提高产妇产后盆底肌力水平和改善盆底功能障碍症状,效果优于单纯常规盆底肌肉康复训练效果。 Objective:To observe application effects of low frequency electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy in postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation.Methods:140 parturients were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,70 cases in each group.The control group received routine pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training 42 days after the delivery,while the observation group received low frequency electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy on the basis of that of the control group.Then,the pelvic floor muscle strength level,pelvic floor muscle contractility(MVCP),vaginal resting pressure(VRP),pelvic floor muscle maximum muscle potential and improvements of pelvic floor dysfunction were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the rates of grade V and grade IV of pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group were higher than those of the control group;the MVCP and the pelvic floor muscle maximum muscle potential were significantly greater than those of the control group;the VRP and the incidence rates of obvious lower abdomen heaviness and distention,vaginal relaxation,frequent urination and vaginal dryness were significantly lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of routine pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training,the low frequency electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy can improve the pelvic floor muscle strength and improve the symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction in the patients with postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation.Moreover,it is superior to single routine pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training.
