益气活血法联合常规西药治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果

Clinical effects of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of patients with chronic heart failure

目的:观察益气活血法联合常规西药治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法:选取123例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(61例)和观察组(62例)。对照组予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益气活血法治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后左心室射血分数(LVEF)和左心室舒张末期内径(LVDD),以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为95.16%,高于对照组的81.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组LVEF水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组LVDD水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气活血法联合常规西药治疗慢性心力衰竭患者,可提高治疗总有效率和LVEF水平,降低LVDD水平,其效果优于单纯常规西药治疗效果。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:123 patients with chronic heart failure were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(61 cases)and observation group(62 cases)by using the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with supplementing qi and activating blood circulation on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDD),and incidence of adverse reactions before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 95.16%,which was higher than 81.97%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the LVEF levels of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;the LVDD levels of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Supplementing qi and activating blood circulation combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of the patients with chronic heart failure can increase the total effective rate of treatment and the level of LVEF,and reduce the level of LVDD.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional western medicine.
