摘要
对6061铝合金铸锭进行了单、双级均匀化处理工艺试验,比较了铝合金板材的应变硬化指数n、塑性应变比r和强度的变化情况。结果表明,双级均热可以有效减少基体中存在Al FeSi相,同时获得较高的n值和r值,有利于室温成形。
The single-stage and double-stage homogenization processes of 6061 aluminum alloy ingot were tested. The strain hardening index n, plastic strain ratio r and strength of aluminum alloy sheet were compared. The results show that the double-stage uniform heat can effectively reduce the Al FeSi phase in the matrix, the higher n value and r value are obtained at the same time, which is beneficial to form at room temperature.
