桂萸散加减自动化热奄包在治疗气虚型老年慢传输型便秘的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:本课题拟设计一种在中医传统热奄包基础上改进的自动化热奄包仪,观察自动化热奄包仪加入中药桂萸散加减方在治疗气虚型老年慢传输型便秘的疗效。方法:随机将40例患者分为实验组和对照组,每组20例。实验组用自动化热奄包仪加入桂萸散加减方,对照组用双孔实木艾灸盒放置清艾灸治疗,两组治疗部位均为中下腹,左右至双侧的天枢,上至中脘,下至关元为界。连续治疗2w,每周5次,每次治疗时间均为30min,观察治疗前后两组患者便秘评分,粪便性状评分,便秘改善的情况。结果:自动化热奄包仪加入热奄包桂萸散加减方组在治疗慢传输型便秘上较艾灸组的治疗更有效,满意度更高。 Objective:This project intended to design an automatic thermal election-envelopment instrument improved on the basis of traditional themal election-envelopment of Traditiomal Chinese Medicine,to observe the effect of adding and subtracting prescription of Guiyu Powder in treating slow transit constipation.In the experimental group,Guiyu Powder plus and minus prescription was added with automatic heat elector.In the contolled group,double hole solid wood moxibusion box was used to exert pure moxibustion treatment.The treatment sites of the two groups were the middle and lower abdomen,the celestial poles of the left and right sides of the space,the upper to Zhongwan,and the lower Guanyuan as the boundary.Two weeks of continuous treatment,5 days a week,each treatment time was 30 minutes,before and after the treatment of the two groups of patients were observed consitipation score,yellow stool character score,constipation improvement.Rusults:The treatment of slow transit constipation was more effective and the satisfaction was higher in the group of adding and subtracting Guiyu Powder to the automatic heat enveloping instrument than in the group of moxibustion.
