乌椒镇痛膏外敷治疗癌性疼痛的临床研究

Clinical Study of Using Wujiao Zhentong Ointment for External Application in the Treatment of Cancer Pain

目的:观察乌椒镇痛膏局部外敷治疗癌性疼痛的临床疗效;方法:将确诊癌性疼痛患者随机分为两组,对照组单用三阶梯药物治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予乌椒镇痛膏治疗,观察记录两组患者治疗前及治疗第1、2、3w NRS、Kolcaba及KPS评分;记录癌性疼痛止痛效果,评价两组患者治疗前后遵治疗依从性,并记录因药物使用所造成的不良反应发生。结果:观察组在NRS、KPS及Kolcaba评分改善及改善时间上优于对照组(P≤0.05);相同止痛效果情况下观察组恶心、呕吐及便秘等消化道症状发生率明显低于对照组(P≤0.05);观察组在治疗过程中遵循医嘱情况明显优于对照组(P≤0.05);并且在两组患者在治疗期间未出现严重不良反应。结论:乌椒镇痛膏联合规范化止痛治疗能明显控制癌性疼痛患者疼痛情况,并减少强阿片类药物使用量及减少它们的副反应,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wujiao Zhentong Ointment for external application on cancer pain.Methods:Patients with cancer pain were randomly divided into two groups.The controlled group was treated with three-step drug therapy,while the treatment group was treated with Wujiao Zhentong Ointment on the basis of the controlled group.The NRS scores,Kolcaba scores and KPS score of the two groups before treatment and at the 1,2 and 3 week of treatment were observed and recorded.The analgesic effect of cancer pain was recorded,and the treatment compliance of the two groups before and after treatment was evaluated,and the occurrence of adverse reactions caused by drug use was recorded.Results:The improvement of NRs,KPS and Kolcaba scores in the observation group was better than that in the controlled group(P≤0.05).The incidence of nausea,vomiting,constipation and other gastrointestinal symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the controlled group under the same analgesic effect(P≤0.05).The observation group was significantly better than the controlled group in the course of treatment(P≤0.05),and there were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Wujiao Zhentong Ointment combined with standardized analgesic treatment can significantly control the pain of patients with cancer pain,reduce the use of strong opioids and their side effects,and improve the quality of life of patients.
