太极“云手”个体化训练对不完全性脊髓损伤下肢肌力的初期临床观察

A Primary Clinical Observation on the Effectiveness That the Exercise of“Cloud Hands”(a Set of Movements in Tai Chi)Has on Individual Training for the Treatment of Incomplete Spinal Cord Injury

目的:分解太极“云手”步骤应用于不完全性脊髓损伤患者相应康复阶段,观察对其运动功能改善的有效性,提高医患运动疗法配合度。方法:统计四川省骨科医院康复科2016年5月-2019年12月不完全性脊髓损伤病患33人,将太极“云手”分解为三个阶段动作—1内动,2意动,3.形动,4.意形结合,根据患者入科时的运动功能情况分别采取不同阶段动作,治疗周期为4周。分别在治疗前、治疗后2周、4周3个时间段,统计ADL分数的变化,并且单独分析代表下肢运动能力的“活动”、“转移”的数据。结论:分解太极“云手”应用在不完全性脊髓损伤患者的康复锻炼中是有效的,可以在临床康复训练中使用。

Objectives:to decompose the steps of“Cloud Hands”(a set of movements in Tai Chi),which are applied to the corresponding rehabilitation stage,where the patients who suffer Incomplete Spinal Cord Injury are treated;to observe the effectiveness of their motor function improvement,and thus enhancing the coordination between medical staff and patients on kinesiotherapy.Methods:analysing the data collected from the 28 Incomplete Spinal Cord Injury sufferers from the Rehabilitation Department,Sichuan Orthopaedic Hospital,who received treatment between May,2016 and December,2018,in accordance with which,“Cloud Hands”(a set of movements in Tai Chi)are decomposed into 3 motions in the stage-1.intrinsic motion;2.conative motion;3.visual motion;4.the combination between conative motion and visual motion.Different motions in the stage were adopted respectively in accordance with the motor function of the sufferers when they were registered,and their treatment cycle lasted for 4 weeks.Changes in ADL scores were calculated before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,respectively,and the data representing“activity”and“metastasis”of lower limb motor ability were analyzed separately..In addition,data about“motions”and“transitions”,which represent the motor function of lower extremities,were analysed separately.Conclusion:the decomposition of the steps of“Cloud Hands”(a set of movements in Tai Chi),which is applied to the rehabilitation training for the patients who suffer Incomplete Spinal Cord Injury,is effective,and therefore it can be employed in clinical rehabilitation training.
