In line with WTO agricultural rules, analysis put forward in this paper lays open weakness and strength of wheat cropping in Luoyang, in terms of yielding, economic benefit, nutrition, processing quality, marketing and domestic support. This paper also proposes tactics of wheat cropping up against WTO rules.
