摘要
以镇安抽水蓄能电站泄洪排沙洞圆形隧洞针梁台车衬砌为例,通对针梁底部衬砌砼气泡成因进行分析,结合工程实际,实施相应的控制措施,有效地控制了底部气泡发生,在后期衬砌施工的底部,气泡发生率和气泡面积降低效果明显,减少了后期缺陷处理的费用。
Taking the lining of the needle bea m jumbo in the circular tunnel of the flood discharge tunnel of Zhen'an Pumped Storage Power Station as an example,the cause of formation of the concrete bubbles at the bottom of the needle b e a m is analyzed.And the corresponding control measures are implemented according to the actual project.The generation of bubbles at the bottom is controlled.At the bottom of the later lining construction,the effect of reducing the incidence of bubbles and the area of bubbles is obvious,which reduces the cost of later defect treatment.
