学科建设是对学科的发展加以规划、重组的过程,是大学提升组织整体实力和核心竞争力的重要方式。知识经济时代大学既是知识生产的组织,也是参与社会经济发展并进行创业活动的机构。学术创业的兴起拓宽了大学基于学科的知识生产活动的边界并丰富了其内容。学科建设应实现知识生产与学术创业的统筹,承担起“社会(市场)”与“学术”两种责任,兼顾内在知识价值和外在社会(市场)价值。我们可以通过搭建跨学科研究平台激活大学基层学术组织创新活力、以“学科专业产业链”的组织架构拓宽学科发展外围、建立创新创业社区整合创业文化、变革学科治理模式形成学科建设可持续发展的核心动能,进而促进大学基于知识生产提升学术创业能力目标的实现。

Discipline construction is the process of planning and reorganizing the development of disciplines,and an important way for universities to enhance the overall strength and core competitiveness of the organization.In the era of the knowledge economy,universities are not only organizations of knowledge production,but also institutions that participate in social and economic development and carry out entrepreneurial activities.The rise of academic entrepreneurship broadens the boundaries and enriches the content of the university′s discipline-based knowledge production activities.The discipline construction should realize the overall coordination of knowledge production and academic entrepreneurship,assume both"social"and"academic"responsibilities,and take into account the internal knowledge value and external social value.We could activate innovation vitality of grassroots academic organizations of the university by building an interdisciplinary research platform,create discipline development periphery with a"discipline-profession-industry chain"organization structure,establish an innovative entrepreneurial community and integrate entrepreneurial culture,change the discipline governance mode and form the sustainable core momentum of discipline construction,and promote the realization of the university′s goal of improving academic entrepreneurship ability based on knowledge production.
