基于互联网技术的积极心理干预对乳腺癌术后化疗患者心境状态及生活质量的影响

Influence of positive psychological intervention based on internet technology on mental state and quality of life of patients after breast cancer chemotherapy

目的探讨基于互联网技术的积极心理干预在乳腺癌术后化疗患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月—2019年7月南京医科大学第一附属医院乳腺癌术后化疗患者110例,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各55例。对照组给予常规护理干预,试验组联合应用基于互联网技术的积极心理干预。随访6个月,比较两组心境状态、生活质量、心理干预满意度。结果试验组紧张-焦虑、抑郁-沮丧、疲乏-迟钝评分低于对照组,精力-活力评分高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);生理状况、社会/家庭状况、情感状况、附加关注、乳腺癌生活质量量表总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);试验组心理干预满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于互联网技术的积极心理干预有助于矫正乳腺癌术后化疗患者心境状态,改善生活质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of positive psychological intervention based on internet technology in patients after breast cancer after chemotherapy.Methods From January 2018 to July 2019,110 patients with breast cancer received postoperative chemotherapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given positive psychological intervention based on internet technology in addition.The mood state,quality of life and satisfaction with psychological intervention were compared between the two groups after six months of follow-up.Results Scores of tension-anxiety,depression-depression,fatigue-dullness in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and scores of energy-vitality were higher than those in the control group,with high statistically significant differences(P<0.01);physiological status,social/family status,emotional status,additional attention,and total score of breast cancer quality of life scale were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05 or P<0.01);satisfaction with psychological intervention in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive psychological intervention based on internet technology is helpful to correct the mood state of breast cancer patients after chemotherapy,improve the quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction.
