四种材料修复根面龋的微渗漏研究

摘要 目的比较四种材料用于根面龋治疗的微渗漏差异。方法收集45颗离体恒前磨牙并在根面制备窝洞,随机分为A组(Constic自粘接流动树脂)、B组(Ketac Molar玻璃离子体)、C组(Dyract AP复合体树脂)和D组(Beautifil Flow Plus F00流动树脂),使用相应材料充填后进行冷热循环实验。每组取10颗牙染色后制备磨片,在体视显微镜下测量染液渗入深度并评分,进行统计分析。剩余离体牙在扫描电镜(SEM)下测量距洞缘0.2mm处充填体与牙体组织之间缝隙宽度并进行统计学分析。结果微渗漏评分及SEM测距结果对比,A、D组无显著性差异,均优于B、C组(P<0.05)。结论自粘接流动树脂的微渗漏较小,能更好地预防继发龋和充填物脱落,是治疗根面龋的良好材料。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and microleakage difference of four materials for the treatment of root caries.Methods 1 Collect 45 premolars and prepare cavities on the root surface.The teeth were randomly divided into group A(Constic self-adhesive flow resin),groupB(Ketac Molar glass-ionomer cements),group C(Dyract AP complex resin)and group D(Beautifil Flow Plus F00 flow resin).Take temperature cycle experiment after filling with corresponding materials.Grinding tablets were prepared after dyeing 10 teeth in each group,and the penetration depth of the dye solution was measured under a microscope and scored for statistical analysis.The remaining teeth were measured by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)with a gap width between the filling body and the tooth tissue at a distance of 0.2 mm from the edge of the hole and statistical analysis was performed.Results Compared with the results of micro-leakage score and SEM ranging,there was no significant difference between group A and group D,which were smaller than group B and C(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-adhesive flow resin has a small micro-leakage,which can better prevent secondary sputum and filling loss.It’s a good material for treating root caries.
