摘要
近年来,有许多关于老年化的研究,老年化这一过程似乎不可避免。老年化可能导致癌症、多系统疾病和慢性疾病。与年龄相关的细胞功能下降导致神经功能衰退和认知功能下降,从而影响生活质量。肾功能下降、营养缺乏、蛋氨酸循环异常、同型半胱氨酸再甲基化和转硫化辅助因子的缺乏均可导致同型半胱氨酸水平随年龄的增长而升高。同型半胱氨酸不正常升高是心血管疾病、脑血管疾病、神经系统变性疾病、听力下降、骨折和慢性肾脏疾病的一个重要危险因素。本综述主要研究高同型半胱氨酸血症在年龄相关疾病中的作用。
In recent years,there have been abundant researches on aging.The process of aging seems inevitable.Aging may lead to cancer,polysystemic diseases and chronic diseases.Age-related decline in cellular function leads to neurologic deterioration and decline in cognitive function,thus affecting the quality of life.Decreased renal function,nutritional deficiency,abnormal methionine circulation,homocysteine remethylation and lack of transvulcanization cofactors can lead to a rise in the level of homocysteine with the increase of age.Abnormal increase of homocysteine is an important risk factor for cardiovascular disease,cerebrovascular disease,neurodegenerative disease,hearing loss,fracture and chronic kidney disease.The review of this paper mainly focuses on the role of hyperhomocysteinemia in age-related diseases.
