怀菊花及其茎叶脂溶性成分GC-MS分析及其抗氧化活性研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的比较怀菊花和怀菊茎叶脂溶性成分组成及其抗氧化能力。方法采用索氏提取法获得怀菊花和怀菊茎叶的脂溶性成分,运用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)进行分析测定,结合质谱库检索技术对化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量,并采用1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)法测定其抗氧化活性。结果从怀菊花和怀菊茎叶共鉴定出69种成分,各鉴定出56、37个化合物,共有成分24种,分别占其脂溶性成分含量的50.56%和81.78%,同时抗氧化结果显示,怀菊花和怀菊茎叶的脂溶性成分对DPPH自由基的半数清除率IC50分别为9.76和7.96mg/mL。结论怀菊花和怀菊茎叶的脂溶性成分及其相对百分含量存在一定的相似性和差异性,且其脂溶性成分均具有一定的抗氧化活性。本研究为怀菊花整株资源的综合有效利用提供科学依据。 Objective To compare the fat-soluble components from huai-chrysanthemum and its stems and leaves and their antioxidant activities.Methods Fat-soluble components from huai-chrysanthemum and its stems and leaves were obtained by Soxhlet extraction method,analyzed and determined by GC-MS,and identified by MS library retrieval technology for the compound structures.The relative content of each component was calculated by chromatographic peak area normalization method,and the antioxidant activity was determined by DPPH method.Results A total of 69 components were identified from huai-chrysanthemum and its stems and leaves with 56 compounds in huaichrysanthemum and 37 compounds in stems and leaves identified,respectively.Meanwhile,there are a total of 24 components in the compounds,accounting for 50.56%and 81.78%of the fat-soluble components,respectively.The antioxidant results showed that the IC50 of fat-soluble components of huai-chrysanthemum and its stems and leaves were 9.76 and 7.96 mg/mL respectively.Conclusion There are certain similarities and differences in the fat-soluble components and their relative percentage contents of huai-chrysanthemum and its stems and leaves,and their fatsoluble components have certain antioxidant activity.This study provides a scientific basis for the comprehensive and effective utilization of the whole plant resources of huai-chrysanthemum.
