摘要
目的观察健脾和胃方对缓解化疗后胃肠道反应症状的临床效果。方法纳入2017年1月~2019年10月在我院进行肠癌化疗4个疗程的50例患者,采用电脑随机法将其划分为观察组与对照组,每组各25例,两组均接受化疗,观察组采取健脾和胃方+扶正升血汤治疗,对照组采用扶正升血汤治疗,评价两组患者疗效、症状评分。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的72.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组恶心呕吐、食欲下降、腹泻、便秘症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肠癌化疗患者应用健脾和胃方+扶正升血汤治疗可有效缓解化疗后胃肠道反应症状。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of invigorating spleen and harmonizing stomach recipe in alleviating gastrointestinal tract reaction symptoms after chemotherapy.Methods A total of 50 patients who underwent 4 courses of chemotherapy for colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were included.They were randomly divided into the observation group(n=25)and the control group(n=25).Both groups were treated with chemotherapy.The observation group was treated with invigorating spleen and harmonizing stomach recipe combined with Fuzheng Shengxue decoction,while the control group was treated with Fuzheng Shengxue decoction alone.The efficacy and symptom scores of the two groups were evaluated.Results The total efficacy rate of patients in the observation group was 96.00%,higher than 72.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of nausea,vomiting,loss of appetite,diarrhea and constipation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Invigorating spleen and harmonizing stomach recipe combined with Fuzheng Shengxue decoction effectively alleviate gastrointestinal tract reaction symptoms after chemotherapy for colorectal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
