桃红四物汤加减治疗女性功能性便秘浅析

随着社会的进步,人们的生活节奏加快,生活压力增加,越来越多的人承受着便秘的困扰,女性尤为严重。目前针对治疗便秘的药品种类繁多,很多人长期需要药物辅助排便,疗效不佳时则更换药物,不能解决根本问题,长期使用亦会造成结肠黑变病等。为改善女性患者便秘问题,本文从女性患者多存在血虚血瘀体质情况出发,探讨桃红四物汤加减治疗女性功能性便秘的疗效。

With the progress of our society,the rhythm of people's life accelerates and the pressure of life increases.More and more people suffer from constipation,especially women.At present,there are many kinds of drugs for treating constipation.Many people need drugs to assist defecation for a long time.It is necessary to change other drugs when the curative efficacy is poor,which cannot correct the underlying problems.Long-term use will also cause deteriorations such as melanosis coli.In order to solve the constipation problem of female patients,we started from the condition that most female patients had blood deficiency and blood stasis constitution,and to investigate the effect of Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of female functional constipation.
