剖宫产术后阴道分娩规范化管理模式研究

目的探讨剖宫产术后阴道分娩规范化管理模式。方法选择2018年5月~2020年2月剖宫产术后再次妊娠阴道分娩孕妇70例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规管理,观察组在对照组基础上实施规范化管理模式,分别比较两组分娩结局及满意度。结果两组住院时间、新生儿5min Apgar评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组总产程短于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组转生新生儿科率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组管理后管理方法、管理效果、管理形式、管理内容及服务态度满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过规范化管理可以明显改善剖宫产术后阴道分娩结局。

Objective To investigate the standardized management mode of vaginal delivery after cesarean section.Methods From May 2018 to February 2020,70 pregnant women with vaginal delivery after cesarean section were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional management mode,while the observation group was given standardized management mode based on the control group.The delivery outcomes and satisfactory degrees of the two groups were compared respectively.Results There were no significant differences in hospitalization time and neonatal 5min Apgar scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The total stage of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the postpartum hemorrhage volume in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of neonates transferred to neonatology department in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After management,the management methods,management effects,management forms,management contents and the satisfactions with service attitudes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized management significantly improves the outcome of vaginal delivery after cesarean section.
