多囊卵巢综合征患者行整体护理干预的临床效果

Clinical efficacy of holistic nursing intervention in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征患者行整体护理干预的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2019年2月~2020年2月我院多囊卵巢综合征患者50例,依据护理方法分为对照组和观察组,每组各25例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者同时采用整体护理。统计分析两组患者的临床护理成效以及患者的焦虑抑郁缓解成效、护理满意度。结果在诊疗总有效率方面,观察组为96%(24/25),对照组为84%(21/25),前者显著高于后者(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后较护理前的SDS、SAS评分降低幅度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在护理满意度方面,观察组为92%(23/25),对照组为68%(17/25),前者显著高于后者(P<0.05)。结论通过对多囊卵巢综合征患者行整体护理干预方法,具有较为显著的临床护理疗效,并且能够明显改善病症给患者带来的焦虑感,提高患者的预后成效,具有临床推广意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of holistic nursing intervention in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 50 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were retrospectively selected and divided into the control group(n=25)and the observation group(n=25)according to the nursing method.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were given holistic nursingsimultaneously.The clinical nursing efficacy,anxiety and depression relief efficacy and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The total efficacy rate of diagnosis and treatment was 96%(24/25)in the observation group and 84%(21/25)in the control group.The former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05).Compared with those before nursing,the scores reduction of SDS and SAS in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree was 92%(23/25)in the observation group and 68%(17/25)in the control group.The former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion The holistic nursing intervention method for patients with polycystic ovary syndromehas obvious clinical nursing efficacy,and canobviously decrease their anxiety caused by the disease and improve their prognosis,which is of clinical promotionsignificance.
