基于奥马哈系统的延续性护理对小儿哮喘的干预效果及生活质量的影响

Impacts of continuous nursing based on Omaha system on intervention efficacy and life quality of children with asthma

目的探讨基于奥马哈系统的延续性护理对小儿哮喘的干预效果及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年7月~2019年7月我院儿科收治的小儿哮喘患者124例,依据随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各62例,对照组给予传统护理干预,研究组给予奥马哈系统的延续性护理干预。观察分析两组患者护理总有效率、社会心理评分、PAQLQ以及C-ACT评分,检测数据应用SPSS18.0分析。结果对照组护理有效率低于研究组(P<0.05);对照组社会心理评分均低于研究组(P<0.05);对照组患者PAQLQ以及C-ACT评分均低于研究组(P<0.05)。结论对哮喘患儿采用奥马哈系统的延续性护理不仅可以提高哮喘患儿的治疗效果,还可以提高哮喘患儿融入社会的能力,提高患儿与他人的交往能力,使患儿在哮喘发作时能够得到有效控制,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To investigate the impacts of continuous nursing based on Omaha system on intervention efficacy and life quality of children with asthma.Methods A total of 124 children with asthma admitted to department of pediatrics in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected and divided into the study group(n=62)and the control group(n=62)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the study group was given continuous nursing intervention based on Omaha system.The total nursing efficacy rates,social psychological scores,PAQLQ and C-ACT scores of the two groups were observed and analyzed,and the test data were analyzed by SPSS18.0.Results The total nursing efficacy rates in the control group were lower than those in the study group(P<0.05).The social psychosocial scores in the control group were lower than those in the study group(P<0.05).PAQLQ and C-ACT scores of patients in the control group were lower than those in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing based on Omaha system for children with asthma can not only improve the therapeutic efficacy of children with asthma,but also increases their ability to integrate into society and interact with others,so that children with asthma can be effectively controlled during the attack of asthma,which is worthy of being promoted in clinical practice.
