摘要
目的比较分析MRI联合X线诊断与CT诊断对生物陶瓷棒植入术治疗早期股骨头坏死的诊断价值。方法选取2019年1月~2020年6月我院收治的早期股骨头坏死患者36例作为研究对象,所有患者均行X线、CT、MRI检查,观察MRI联合X线诊断与CT诊断的影像学表现,并比较应用生物陶瓷棒植入术治疗后对股骨头坏死不同分期的检出率和坏死典型征象的检出率。结果应用生物陶瓷棒植入术治疗后,应用MRI+X线检查股骨头坏死早期的检出率及总检出率高于CT检查的检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MRI+X线检查对股骨头坏死的线样征、骨髓水肿以及骨小梁模糊检出率高于CT检查的检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论X线、CT与MRI检查均为诊断早期股骨头坏死的有效方法,但MRI+X线检查诊断的准确率更高,尤其是在早期的线样征、骨髓水肿以及骨小梁模糊方面诊断的准确率更高,能够较为准确地反映患者的病情,为及时诊断和治疗提供了有利依据。
Objective To compare and analyze the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)combined with X-ray and computerized tomography(CT)diagnosis of early osteonecrosis of femoral head(ONFH)with bioceramic bar implantation.Methods A total of 36 patients with early osteonecrosis of femoral head admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study.All the patients received X-ray,CT and MRI examinations,the imaging manifestations of MRI combined with X-ray diagnosis and CT diagnosis were observed,and the detection rate of ONFH at different stages,and that of typical imaging features of early ONFH after treatment via bioceramic bar implantation were compared.Results After treatment via bioceramic bar implantation,the detection rate of early ONFH using MRI+X-ray examinations and the total detection rate was higher than that using CT scanning,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of line-like sign,bone marrow edema(BME)and blurred degree of bone trabecula of ONFH by MRI+X-ray examinations were higher than that using CT scanning,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion X-ray,CT and MRI are effective examination methods for diagnosis of early ONFH,however,MRI+X-ray examination method has a higher accuracy rate of diagnosis,especially in line-like sign,BME and blurred degree of bone trabecula,reflecting accurately the condition of the disease of patients,and providing favorable basis for timely diagnosis and treatment.
