双侧结节性甲状腺肿治疗中实施甲状腺次全切除治疗的临床效果观察

Observation on the clinical efficacy of subtotal thyroidectomy in the treatment of bilateral nodular goiter

目的分析双侧结节性甲状腺肿治疗中实施甲状腺次全切除治疗的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月我院接受治疗的双侧结节性甲状腺肿患者80例,采用随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例,对照组应用甲状腺全切除手术治疗,观察组使用甲状腺次全切手术治疗,比较两组疗效、手术质量、并发症指标。结果观察组患者所需的镇痛药物剂量更少,整体手术时间也短于对照组,并且观察组的术中出血量也更少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后随访记录患者住院时间和恢复情况,观察组复发患者2例,出现并发症也较少,并且观察组患者住院时间也更短,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双侧结节性甲状腺肿实施甲状腺次全切除治疗,效果更加好,术后并发症发生率、复发率降低,推广价值高。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of subtotal thyroidectomy in the treatment of bilateral nodular goiter.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,80 patients with bilateral nodular goiter admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with total thyroidectomy and the observation group was treated with subtotal thyroidectomy.The efficacy,operation quality and complication indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group requires less analgesic drug dose and the overall operation time was shorter than that of the control group,and the calculation shows that the intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was also less,and the difference between the above indicators was significant(P<0.05).At the same time,postoperative follow-up records of the length of hospital stay and recovery of the patients showed that there were only 2 patients in the observation group with recurrence,and there were fewer complications.Moreover,contrast to the control group,the length of hospital stay in the observation group was also shorter,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Bilateral nodular goiter treated by subtotal thyroidectomy is more effective,the incidence of postoperative complications and the relapse rate are reduced,and the popularization value is high.
