智能血糖仪联合家庭医生闭环服务模式对2型糖尿病患者的生存质量和生理功能影响的研究

Researches on the impacts of closed-loop service mode of intelligent blood glucose meter combined with family doctor on life quality and physiological function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨智能血糖仪联合家庭医生闭环服务模式对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的生存质量和生理功能影响。方法随机选取2019年1~6月深圳市宝安区中心医院收治的T2DM患者200例,随机分为对照组及试验组,每组各100例;对照组给予常规管理模式,试验组在给予常规管理模式基础上,再给予智能血糖仪联合家庭医生闭环服务管理模式;比较分析两组患者的空腹血糖(FGLU)、餐后2h血糖(2hGLU)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、躯体功能(PsF)、社会功能(ScF)、心理功能(MhF)和生理功能(PhF)状况。结果干预前,两组患者的FGLU、2hGLU、HbA1c、PsF、ScF、MhF和PhF比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者的FGLU、2hGLU、HbA1c、PsF、ScF、MhF和PhF均较干预前有所改善,且试验组改善程度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论智能血糖仪联合家庭医生闭环服务模式能有效提升T2DM患者的生存质量和生理功能,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the impacts of closed-loop service mode of intelligent blood glucose meter combined with family doctor on life quality and physiological function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods From January to June 2019,200 patients with T2DM admitted to Bao'an Central hospital of Shenzhen were randomly selected and divided into the control group(n=100)and the experimental group(n=100).The control group was given the conventional management mode,while the experimental group was given the closed-loop service management mode of the intelligent blood glucose meter combined with family doctor on the basis of the conventional management mode.The fasting blood glucose(FGLU),2h postprandial blood glucose(2hGLU),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),physical function(PsF),social function(ScF),mentalhealth function(MhF)and physiological function(PhF)of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in FGLU,2hGLU,HbA1c,PsF,ScF,MhF and PhF between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,compared with those before intervention,the FGLU,2hGLU,HbA1c,PsF,ScF,MhF and PhF of the two groups of patients were improved,and the improvement procedures of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The closed-loop service mode of intelligent blood glucose meter combined with family doctor effectively improves the life quality and physiological function of patients with T2DM,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
