五官超短波在麦粒肿精细化治疗中的效果观察

Observation on the curative effect of ultrashort wave of five senses in meticulous treatment of hordeolum

目的研究五官超短波在麦粒肿综合治疗中的效果。方法选取2017年9月~2019年1月于西安交通大学医院就诊的258例麦粒肿患者,随机分为超短波治疗组和对照组,每组各129例,给予所有患者局部用药、热敷治疗及脓肿形成期时手术切开引流治疗,超短波治疗组在以上治疗基础上按照患者就诊时病变局部的表现分期(局部或弥漫红肿为A期,局部成脓为B期,脓肿破溃或排出残留硬结为C期),每期采取不同的超短波处理方法,评估两组的平均治疗时间和治疗效果。结果超短波治疗组平均治疗时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),超短波治疗组总有效率及内、外麦粒肿总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05),A期及B期超短波治疗组总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05),C期超短波治疗组与对照组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A期超短波治疗组手术率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超短波在麦粒肿的精细化治疗中可以明显提高治疗效果,缩短治疗时间,且早期使用效果好。

Objective To research the curative effect of ultrashort wave of five senses in comprehensive treatment of hordeolum.Methods From September 2017 to January 2019,258 cases of hordeolum admitted to School Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University were randomly divided into the ultrashort wave treatment group(n=129)and the control group(n=129).All patients were given topical medication,hot compress treatment and surgical incision and drainage treatment during abscess formation.On the basis of the above treatment,the ultrashort wave treatment group was divided into stages according to the topical manifestations of the lesions(With topical or diffuse redness,it was stage A.With topical pus,it was stage B.With broken abscess or residual hard discharge,it was stage C).Different ultrashort wave treatment methods were adopted in each period,and the average treatment time and treatment efficacies of the two groups were evaluated.Results The average treatment time in the ultrashort wave treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the overall efficacy rates in the ultrashort wave treatment group,internal and external hordeolum were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In stage A and B the efficacy rates in the ultrashort wave treatment group were both higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in treatment efficacy in stage C between the ultrashort wave treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).In stage A the operation rate in the ultrashort wave treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrashort wave treatment obviously improves the curative efficacy,shortens the treatment time in the meticulous treatment of hordeolum,and obtains good efficacy in early application.
