慢性心力衰竭合并贫血患者Fe、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β与铁调素的水平及相关性研究

Correlation research on the levels of Fe,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1βand hepcidin in patients with chronic heart failure complicated with anemia

目的探讨慢性心力衰竭合并贫血患者中TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β、Fe与铁调素的水平并进行相关性分析。方法选取2019年3~12月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院心血管内科住院的慢性心力衰竭合并贫血患者65例和慢性心力衰竭非贫血患者65例。通过酶联免疫吸附测定法对两组患者血清中铁调素、IL-6、IL-1β及TNF-α的含量进行检测;运用亚铁嗪比色法对两组患者血清中Fe的含量进行测定。结果慢性心力衰竭合并贫血组患者血清中IL-6和TNF-α、IL-1β、铁调素的水平较慢性心力衰竭非贫血组均明显升高,Fe水平较慢性心力衰竭非贫血组降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。慢性心力衰竭合并贫血患者组铁调素与IL-6水平、IL-1β水平、TNF-α水平均呈正相关,与Fe水平呈负相关。结论通过检测IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α、铁调素可早期识别慢性心力衰竭合并贫血,对慢性心力衰竭患者的治疗及预后帮助较大。

Objective To explore the levels and correlation analysis of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1β,Fe and hepcidin in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)complicated with anemia.Methods 65 patients with CHF complicated with anemia and 65 patients with CHF without anemia admitted to the cardiology department in Xinjiang Uiger Municipal People's Hospital from March to December,2019 were selected.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the contents of hepcidin,IL-6,IL-1βand TNF-αin serum of patients of the two groups.Ferrozine colorimetry was used to detect the content of iron in serum of patients of the two groups.Results The levels of serum IL-6,TNF-α,IL-1βand hepcidin in patients with CHF complicated with anemia were significantly higher than those in CHF patients without anemia,the levels Fe was lower than that in CHF non-anemia group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between hepcidin and IL-6 and IL-1βand TNF-αlevels,while a negative correlation with Fe level.Conclusion CHF patients complicated with anemia can be recognized at an early stage by detecting IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-αand hepcidin,which is helpful for the treatment and prognosis of patients with CHF.
