脂肪酸代谢与非酒精性脂肪肝疾病关系的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 非酒精性脂肪肝疾病(NAFLD)是一种肝细胞内脂肪过度积累的疾病,其发病机制复杂,通常伴随着胰岛素抵抗、脂毒性凋亡、脂质代谢紊乱、炎症等。随着全球非酒精性脂肪肝患者的增加,对该疾病的发病机制以及临床治疗的研究报道越来越多,目前“二次打击学说”被广泛认可。本研究将针对于NAFLD中肝细胞脂肪酸的代谢过程以及脂肪酸对细胞损伤机制进行综述,旨在为该疾病的预防和治疗提供以脂肪酸代谢为靶点的新思路。 Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a disease caused by excessive accumulation of fat in liver cells,with complex pathogenesis,usually accompanied by symptoms such as insulin resistance,lipotoxicitic apoptosis,disorder of lipid metabolism,and inflammation,etc.With the increasing number of the patients with NAFLD in the world,there are more and more reports on the pathogenesis and clinical treatment of the disease,and the"two-hit hypothesis"is widely recognized at present.In this paper,the metabolic process of fatty acids in liver cells in the case of NAFLD and the mechanism of fatty acid-induced damage to cells will be reviewed,with the purpose of providing the prevention and treatment of this disease with a new idea which takes fatty acid metabolism as the target.
