耳鸣精细化检查及多元复合声治疗的研究进展

Research progress of meticulous examination and multiple compound acoustic therapy for tinnitus

耳鸣是一种全球公认的耳鼻喉科难题,其病因复杂、机制未明、治疗棘手,给患者工作、生活均带来了困扰,严重者可产生焦虑、抑郁情绪,甚至有自杀倾向。近年来,随着中外研究者对不同耳鸣治疗方式的研究逐渐深入,发现耳鸣的多元复合声治疗应用较为广泛,且疗效较为肯定,但目前暂无标准的耳鸣测试方案来匹配耳鸣的频率和响度。耳鸣的精细化纯音测试是在常规纯音测试的基础上缩小测试的频率间距,可使耳鸣匹配结果更加精确。本文就近几年国内外学者对耳鸣精细化检查及多元复合声治疗的相关研究作一综述,为耳鸣诊治提供线索。

Tinnitus is a worldwide recognized problem in otolaryngology.Its etiology is complex,the mechanism is unclear,and the treatment is difficult.Therefore,it brings troubles to patients'work and life.In severe patients,it may cause anxiety,depression and even suicidal tendency.In recent years,with the deepening researches of different tinnitus treatment methods by Chinese and foreign researchers,it has been found that the multiple compound acoustic therapy for tinnitus was widely used and had a positive efficacy.However,there is no standard tinnitus test scheme to match the frequency and loudness of tinnitus at present.The meticulous pure tone test of tinnitus is based on the conventional pure tone test,which reduces the frequency interval of the test and makes the matching result of tinnitus more accurate.This paper reviews the related research on meticulous examination of tinnitus and multiple compound acoustic therapy by scholars at home and abroad in recent years,so as to provide clues for the diagnosis and treatment of tinnitus.
