摘要
目的探讨分析参芎葡萄糖注射液联合依达拉奉在脑梗死患者治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2019年2月~2020年3月我院收治的脑梗死患者90例的临床资料,根据其治疗方法不同分为两组,两组均予以抗血小板聚集、改善脑循环、营养支持等常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组(n=45)加用依达拉奉静脉滴注治疗,研究组(n=45)加用参芎葡萄糖注射液联合依达拉奉治疗,对两组患者治疗前后炎症因子水平(IL-6、TNF-α)、神经功能缺损(MESSS)评分及认知功能(HDS)评分结果进行比较分析。结果治疗前,两组患者的炎症指标、MESSS、HDS得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2周后,研究组的IL-6、TNF-α及MESSS得分均显著低于对照组,且HDS得分较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为95.56%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的药物不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用参芎葡萄糖注射液联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死具有较好的近期疗效和安全性,既能有效减轻患者机体炎症反应,又能够促进患者的神经功能和认知功能恢复。
Objective To explore and analyze the application value of salivae miltiorrhizae,liguspyragine hydrochloride and glucose injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of the patients with cerebral infarction(CI).Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with CI admitted to and treated in our hospital from February 2019 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatments they received,they were divided into two groups.Both groups were given conventional treatment covering anti-platelet therapy,improving cerebral circulation and nutritional support,etc.On this basis,the control group(n=45)was also treated with edaravone intravenous drip,while the study group(n=45)was also treated with salivae miltiorrhizae,liguspyragine hydrochloride and glucose injection combined with edaravone.The levels of inflammatory factors,neurological deficit scores and results of cognitive function scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in inflammatory indexes(IL-6 and TNF-α),neurological deficit scores(MESSS)and cognitive function scores(HDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).However,after 2w of treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand MESSS scores of the study group were all significantly lower than those of the control group,and the HDS scores wereobviously higher than thoseof the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.56%,significantly higher than the 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups was not obvious(P>0.05).Conclusion Salivae miltiorrhizae,liguspyragine hydrochloride and glucose injection combined with edaravone produces better short-term efficacy and has sounder safety in the treatment of CI.It can not only effectively reduce the patients'systemic inflammatory response,but also promote the recovery of their neurological and cognitive functions.
