子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产术中产后出血的疗效分析

Analysis on the curative efficacy of uterine brace suture on postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section

目的研究子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产术中产后出血的治疗效果。方法选取2016年3月~2018年3月我院妇产科收治的行剖宫产术产后出血的产妇82例进行分析,随机分成对照组与观察组,每组各41例。对照组术中行宫腔纱条堵塞止血治疗,观察组行子宫背带式缝合术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组术后出血量低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(100.00%)高于对照组(80.49%),观察组并发症总发生率(2.44%)低于对照组(17.07%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术中产后出血给予子宫背带式缝合术治疗效果理想,可以减少出血量,缩短患者住院时间,降低并发症发生率,治疗安全可靠,值得推广应用。

Objective To research the curative efficacy of uterine brace suture on postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section.Methods A total of 82 parturients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section admitted to and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected and analyzed.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=41)and the observation group(n=41).The control group was treated with hemostasis therapy by intrauterine packing with gauze,while the observation group was treated with uterine brace suture.The curative efficacies of the two groups were compared.Results The hemorrhage amount of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 80.49%in the control group.And the total complication incidence rate in the observation group was 2.44%,which was lower than 17.07%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Uterine brace suture is ideal in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section,which can reduce the hemorrhage amount,shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the incidence rate of complications.The treatment is safe and reliable,and is worthy of promotion and application.
