乌里雅斯太凹陷砂砾岩油藏压裂三采一体化技术与应用 被引量:5

摘要 中康油田内蒙古乌里雅斯太凹陷腾格尔组一段的中段砂砾岩油藏地质特征复杂,渗透率低,物性较差,井区产能主要以常规压裂(压裂液为胍胶压裂液)为主,产量不理想,单井累计产出油量少,XX井先前用常规压裂方式从压裂后至关井,累计产液32.9t,累计产油7.4t。针对XX井的储层地质特征,采用压裂三采一体化的压裂技术,选用一种低伤害、减阻效果好的滑溜水压裂液体系,配方为0.1%减阻剂JHFR-2+0.2%多功能添加剂JHFD-2+0.05%杀菌剂JHS+0.5%生物驱油剂HE-BIO+水,并结合大液量、大排量、低砂比压裂工艺及间断柱状加砂模式与生物驱油剂HE-BIO的特殊洗油驱油功效,增大与储层的接触面积和改造体积,补充低压层和新层地层能量,提高单井产量和累计采出油量。运用压裂三采一体化技术经现场施工后,XX井7个月累计产液781.7t,含油548.9t,大大提高了产油效益。 The geological characteristics of the middle-section glutenite reservoir in the first member of Tenggeer Formation in Wuliyasitai Sag,Inner Mongolia,Zhongkang Oilfield are complex,with low permeability and poor physical properties.The productivity in the well area is mainly conventional fracturing(the fracturing fluid is guanidine gum fracturing fluid),and the output is not ideal.The cumulative oil output of a single well is small.The conventional fracturing method was used in Well XX previously from fracturing to shut-in,with the cumulative fluid production of 32.9t and the cumulative oil production of 7.4t.According to the reservoir geological characteristics of Well XX,the integrating fracturing technology of fracturing and tertiary recovery was adopted,and a slick water fracturing fluid system with low damage and good drag reduction effect was selected.The formula was 0.1%drag reducer JHFR-2+0.2%multifunctional additive JHFD-2+0.05%bactericide JHS+0.5%biological oil displacement agent HE-BIO+water.Combined with the fracturing technology with large fluid volume,large displacement and low sand ratio,the intermittent columnar sand adding mode and the special oil-washing and oil-displacement efficiency of biological oil displacement agent HE-BIO,the contact area and reconstruction volume of the reservoir were increased,the energy of low-pressure layer and new layer was supplemented,and the single well production and cumulative oil production were increased.After the on-site construction with the application of fracturing and tertiary recovery integration technology,781.7t of cumulative fluid production and 548.9t of oil content was produced from Well XX in 7 months,which greatly improved the oil production efficiency.
