摘要
目的探讨精神分裂症患者血清神经细胞因子水平与认知功能、氧化应激状态的相关性.方法将74例首发精神分裂症患者设为研究组,80名健康志愿者设为对照组;检测两组血清神经细胞因子(脑源性神经营养因子、神经生长因子、胶质源性神经营养因子)水平及血清氧化应激指标(丙二醛、总抗氧化力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、总超氧化物歧化酶)水平,采用精神分裂症认知功能成套测验评估认知功能.结果研究组血清脑源性神经营养因子、神经生长因子、胶质源性神经营养因子、总抗氧化力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、总超氧化物歧化酶水平及精神分裂症认知功能成套测验各项目评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),血清丙二醛水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01);研究组血清脑源性神经营养因子、神经生长因子、胶质源性神经营养因子水平与血清丙二醛水平均呈显著负相关(P<0.01),与血清总抗氧化力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、总超氧化物歧化酶水平及精神分裂症认知功能成套测验各项目评分均呈显著正相关(P<0.05或0.01).结论首发精神分裂症患者的血清神经细胞因子水平明显降低且与认知功能减退、氧化应激激活具有相关性,氧化应激损伤所导致的血清神经细胞因子水平下降可能是造成精神分裂症患者认知功能减退的危险因素.
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum neurocytokine levels,cognitive func-tion and oxidative stress in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 74 pati2nts with first episode schizo-phrenia were set as study group,and 80 healthy volunteers were set as control group.Detect the levels of serum neurocytokines(BDNF,NGF,GDNF)and serum oxidative stress indicators(MDA,T-AOC,GSH-PX,T-SOD)in both groups.The cognitive function was assessed using the schizophrenia cognitive funetion test.Results The serum levels of BDNF,NGF,GDNF,T-AOC,GSH-PX,T SOD and MCCB scores of the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the ser-um level of MDA was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The serum levels of BDNF,NGF and GDNF in the study group were negatively correlated with the serum levels of MDA(P<0.01),and positively correlated with the serum levels of T-AOC,GSH-PX,T-SOD and various MCCB scores(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusions The serum neurocytokine levels in first episode schizophrenia pa-tients significantly decrease and correlate with cognitive impairment and oxidative stress activation.The decrease of neurocytokines caused by oxidative stress injury may be a risk factor for cognitive impairment in schizophrenia patients.
