马斯洛需要层次理论对肝胆外科手术患者应对方式及自护能力的影响

Effects of Maslow's hierarchy of needs on coping style and self-care ability of patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery

目的探讨马斯洛需要层次理论对肝胆外科手术患者应对方式及自护能力的影响.方法将118例肝胆外科手术患者依据护理方案不同分为两组,每组59例,观察组予以马斯洛需要层次理论干预,对照组予以常规护理干预,术后观察1个月.干预前后采用简易应对方式量表评定应对方式,自我护理能力测定量表评定自护能力.结果干预1个月后,观察组简易应对方式量表积极应对维度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01),消极应对维度评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);自我护理能力测定量表自我责任、自我概念、自我护理技能、健康知识水平维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01).结论马斯洛需要层次理论干预可有效改善肝胆外科手术患者的应对方式,提高自护能力.

Objective To explore the Maslow's hierarchy of needs on coping style and self-care ability of patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery.Methods 118 cases of hepatobiliary surgery patients were divided into two groups according to different nursing pro-grams,59 cases in each group,the observation group was given Maslow's hierarchy of needs intervention,and the control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation was performed for 1 month after operation.Before and after the intervention,SCSQ was used to assess coping styles,and ES-CA was used to assess self-care ability.Results After 1 month of intervention.the SCSQ positive re-sponse dimension score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01),and the negative response dimension score was lower than the control group(P<0.01).The self-responsibility,self concept.self-care skills,health knowledge level dimension scores in ESCA were signif-icantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions The intervention of Maslow's hierarchy theory in hepatobiliary surgery can effectively improve the coping style and improve the ability of self-care.
