摘要
目的探讨饮食指导联合低血糖生成指数食品对妊娠糖尿病的干预效果.方法将65例妊娠糖尿病患者按随机数字表法分为观察组(33例)和对照组(32例).两组均给予常规饮食指导,观察组在此基础上添加低血糖生成指数食品,比较两组干预前后血糖指标、生化指标变化及主观干预效果.结果干预后两组空腹血糖、餐后1 h血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平较干预前显著降低(P<0.01),观察组空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01),两组餐后1 h血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).干预前及干预后两组前白蛋白、白蛋白及血红蛋白水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组与干预前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组明显饥饿感及低血糖等不适感发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01),主观干预效果评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01).结论饮食指导联合低血糖生成指数食品能有效改善妊娠糖尿病患者的血糖控制情况,同时可减少饥饿感、低血糖等不适感的发生,提高干预过程的满意度.
Objective To explore the intervention effect of dietary guidance combined with low glycemic index food on gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 65 patients of gestational diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups.the observation group(n=33 cases)and the control group(n=32 cases).The control group received regular diet guidance.The intervention group was added with low GI food.The blood glucose index,biochemical indexing and subjective intervention effects were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the levels of fasting blood glu-cose,1 hour postprandial blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose in the two groups were sig-nificantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.01),The levels of fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2-hour blood glucose in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the con-trol group(P<0.01),there was no significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups at 1 hour after meal(P>0.05).Before and after the intervention,thery was no significant difference be-tween the two groups of prealbumin,albumin and hemoglobin(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after the intervention and before the intervention(P>0.05).The inci-dence of discomfort such as obvious hunger and hypoglycemia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the subjective intervention effect score was signifi-cantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions The combination of dietary guidance and low glycemic index foods can effectively improve the blood sugar control of gestational diabetes,reduce the occurrence ot hunger,hypoglycemia and other discomforts,and improve the satisfaction of the in-tervention process.
