护理质量敏感指标在精神科护理质量持续改进中的应用

Application of nursing quality sensitive indicators in the continuous improvement of psychiatric nursing quality

目的探讨护理质量敏感指标在精神科护理质量持续改进中的应用效果.方法将2018年1月1日—12月31日在我院住院的精神病患者设为观察组,2017年1月1日—12月31日住院的精神病患者设为对照组,两组均给予常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予护理质量敏感指标监测,观察住院全程.比较两组护理质量合格率、护理满意度、护理核心制度落实合格率及不良事件发生率.结果观察组护理质量合格率及护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),护理核心制度落实合格率显著高于对照组(P<0.01).两组自伤/自杀及烫伤发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组其余不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论将护理质量敏感指标应用于精神科护理质量的持续改进中,可以提高护理各项指标监测合格率和护理服务满意度,降低不良事件发生率.

To explore the application effect of nursing quality sensitive indicators in the continuous im-provement of psychiatric nursing quality.Methods The mental patients who were hospitalized in our hos-pital from January 1 to December 31,2018 were set as the observation group,and the mental patients who were hospitalized from January 1 to December 31,2017 were set as the control group.Both groups were given routine nursing intervention.On this basis,the observation group was given the monitoring of sensi-tive indicators of nursing quality and observed the whole hospitalization.Compare the two groups of nurs-ing quality qualification rate,nursing satisfaction,nursing core system implementation qualification rate and the incidence of adverse events.Results The qualified rate of nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01),and the quali-fied rate of implementing the core nursing system was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of self injury/suicide and scald between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of other adverse events in the observation group was significant-ly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of sensitive indicators of nursing quality to the continuous improvement of the quality of psychiatric nursing can improve the moni-toring pass rate of various nursing indicators and nursing service satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
