摘要
目的探讨心理暗示联合营养照护对2型糖尿病患者心理弹性、睡眠质量及营养状况的影响.方法将112例2型糖尿病患者按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各56例.两组均给予常规护理干预,研究组在此基础上给予心理暗示联合营养照护.干预前后采用心理弹性量表及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评定两组的心理弹性及睡眠质量,比较两组血清白蛋白、前清蛋白、总蛋白水平.结果干预后两组心理弹性量表评分均较干预前显著升高(P<0.01),匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分均较干预前显著降低(P<0.01),研究组较对照组变化更显著(P<0.01).干预后两组血清白蛋白、前清蛋白、总蛋白水平均较干预前显著升高(P<0.01),研究组较对照组升高更显著(P<0.01).结论心理暗示联合营养照护能显著提高2型糖尿病患者的心理弹性水平及睡眠质量,改善营养状况,值得推广应用.
Objective To study the efects of psychological suggestion combined with nutritional care on psychological flexibility,sleep quality and nutritional status in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 112 patients with T2DM were divided into research group and control group according to random number table method.56 cases each,Both groups were given routine nursing intervention.and the research group was given psychological suggestion combined with nutritional care on this basis.Before and after the intervention,CD RISC and PSQI were used to evaluate the mental flexibility and sleep quali-ty of the two groups.Compare the levels of ALB,PA and TP between the two groups.Results After nursing,the CD-RISC scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing(P<0.01),the PSQI scores were lower than those before the nursing(P<0.01),the research group changed more signif-icantly than the control group(P<0.01).After intervention,the levels of ALB,PA and TP in the two groups were significantly higher than before intervention(P<0.01),and the study group was more sig-nificantly than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Psychological suggestion combined with nutri-tional care can significantly improve the level of mental flexibility and sleep quality of patients with type 2 diabetes,and improve nutritional status,which is worthy of popularization and application.
