探讨纤维桩树脂复合材料在残冠、残根修复治疗中的效果

摘要 目的探讨纤维桩树脂复合材料在残根、残冠修复治疗中的应用效果。方法便利选择2017年11月—2019年10月在该院就诊的68例(共121颗)残冠、残根修复患者,根据随机数字表法分组。对照组使用传统金属桩修复,观察组使用纤维桩树脂复合材料修复。对比两组修复结果,修复后3个月牙龈指数、出血指数、咬合力及咀嚼效率,两组修复前、修复后3个月生活质量。结果观察组修复成功率98.46%高于对照组89.29%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.647,P<0.05)。观察组修复后3个月牙龈指数(1.78±0.26)、出血指数(1.07±0.22)、咬合力(152.14±17.34)Ibs及咀嚼效率(0.82±0.10)%均优于对照组(1.45±0.23)、(1.33±0.32)、(132.01±15.06)Ibs、(0.72±0.08)%,差异有统计学意义(t=7.340、5.265、6.762、6.007,P<0.05)。修复前两组SF-36评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);修复后3个月,观察组SF-36评分(88.42±11.33)分较修复前有显著提高(t=8.690,P<0.05),对照组评分(82.61±8.45)分较修复前也显著提高(t=7.161,P<0.05);但观察组明显优于对照组(t=3.154,P<0.05)。结论利用纤维桩树脂复合材料对残冠、残根进行修复的疗效确切,对改善患者牙龈情况、咀嚼功能,提高其生活质量有积极意义。 Objective To explore the application effect of fiber post resin composite in the treatment of residual roots and residual crowns.Methods A total of 68 patients with residual crowns and residual roots repaired in the hospital from November 2017 to October 2019 were conveniently selected and grouped according to the random number table method.The control group used traditional metal post repair,and the observation group used fiber post resin composite material repair.The restoration results of the two groups were compared,the gingival index,bleeding index,bite force and chewing efficiency 3 months after restoration,and the quality of life before and 3 months after restoration.Results The repair success rate of the observation group was 98.46%higher than that of the control group 89.29%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.647,P<0.05).The gingival index(1.78±0.26),bleeding index(1.07±0.22),bite force(152.14±17.34)Ibs and masticatory efficiency(0.82±0.10)%of the observation group were better than those of the control group(1.45±0.23),(1.33±0.32),(132.01±15.06)Ibs,(0.72±0.08)%,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.340,5.265,6.762,6.007,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in SF-36 scores between the two groups before restoration(P>0.05);3 months after restoration,the SF-36 score(88.42±11.33)points of the observation group was significantly higher than before restoration(t=8.690,P<0.05),the score of the control group(82.61±8.45)points was also significantly higher than that before repair(t=7.161,P<0.05);but the observation group was significantly better than the control group(t=3.154,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of fiber post resin composite materials to repair residual crowns and roots has a definite effect,and it has positive significance in improving the patient's gum condition,chewing function,and quality of life.
