摘要
目的观察不同浓度七氟烷应用于幼儿麻醉诱导中的效果。方法方便选择2018年3月—2019年11月该院收治的60例全身麻醉患儿。根据随机数表法将这60例患儿分成对照组、研究组,每组30例。对照组低浓度七氟醚,即6%;研究组高浓度七氟醚,即8%。对比观察两组患儿不同时刻的平均动脉压及心率变化,同时统计患儿的不良反应。结果麻醉前,两组患儿心率及平均动脉压[(141.27±15.68)次/min vs(142.47±11.08)次/min;(72.37±5.61)mmHg vs(72.41±5.69)mmHg]。差异无统计学意义(t=0.485、0.872,P<0.05),麻醉后T1时研究组心率显著高于对照组[(145.38±12.37)次/min vs(139.75±9.84)次/min,差异有统计学意义(t=5.687,P<0.001),平均动脉压及SpO2[(70.91±5.68)mmHg vs(71.34±5.09)mmHg;(97.37±2.52)%vs(97.75±1.41)%,差异无统计学意义(t=0.372、0.874,P>0.05);T2、T3、T4、T5时,两组患者心率、平均动脉压、SpO2均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组2例患儿不良发应,对照组共6例(6.7%vs 20.0%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.645,P=0.005)。结论相比低浓度七氟醚,高浓度七氟醚在小儿麻醉诱导中的作用更显著,且安全性高。
Objective To observe the effect of different concentrations of sevoflurane in induction of anesthesia in young children.Methods From March 2018 to November 2019,60 children with general anesthesia admitted to the hospital were conveniently selected.According to the random number table method,these 60 children were divided into a control group,a study group,and a group of 30 cases.The low concentration of sevoflurane in the control group was 6%;the high concentration of sevoflurane in the study group was 8%.The average arterial pressure and heart rate changes of the two groups of children at different times were compared and observed,and the adverse reactions of the children were counted.Results Before anesthesia,there was no significant difference in heart rate and mean arterial pressure between the two groups of children[(141.27±15.68)times/min vs(142.47±11.08)times/min;(72.37±5.61)mmHg vs(72.41±5.69)mmHg.(t=0.485,0.872,P<0.05)].T1 after anesthesia At that time,the heart rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group[(145.38±12.37)times/min vs(139.75±9.84)times/min.(t=5.687,P<0.001),and the difference in mean arterial pressure and SpO2 was not statistically significant[(70.91±5.68)mmHg vs(71.34±5.09)mmHg;(97.37±2.52)vs(97.75±1.41),the difference was statistically significant(t=0.372,0.874,P<0.05);at T2,T3,T4,and T5,there were statistically significant differences in heart rate,mean arterial pressure,and SpO2 between the two groups(P<0.05).There were 2 cases of adverse reactions in the study group,and 6 cases in the control group(6.7%vs 20.0%).The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=7.645,P=0.005).Conclusion Compared with low-concentration sevoflurane,high-concentration sevoflurane has a more significant effect in the induction of anesthesia in children,and its safety is high.
