急性心肌梗死急诊护理流程优化路径应用实践分析

Application and Practice Analysis of the Optimized Route of Emergency Nursing Process for Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的在对急性心肌梗死急诊患者进行护理的过程中,分析护理流程优化路径。方法该次研究中方便选取该院2019年1—12月接诊的急性心肌梗死急诊患者66例为临床观察对象,根据护理方式不同将患者平均分成两组,对照组患者采用常规方式进行护理,即一般急救护理流程,观察组患者采用急救护理流程优化路径,对两组患者的护理效果进行分析。结果该次临床研究中,观察组患者的分诊时间为(1.36±0.27)min、急救时间(44.73±1.26)min、心电图时间(4.91±1.04)min显著由于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理总满意度为93.94%显著高于对照组78.79%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.288,P=0.024<0.05)。结论从该次研究结果来看,在对急性心肌梗死急诊患者进行护理的过程中,相比一般急救护理流程,采用急救护理流程优化路径对患者进行护理能够收到更好的效果,不仅能够有效提升患者对护理服务的满意度,同时能够大幅度地提升急救的效率,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective During the nursing process of emergency patients with acute myocardial infarction,analyze the optimization path of nursing process.Methods In this study,convenient select 66 emergency patients with acute myocardial infarction received in our hospital from January to December 2019 were taken as clinical observation objects.The patients were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,and the control group patients used conventional methods,that is,the general emergency care process,the observation group patients used the emergency care process to optimize the path,and the nursing effect of the two groups of patients was analyzed.Results In this clinical study,the triage time of patients in the observation group was(1.36±0.27)min,emergency time(44.73±1.26)min,and electrocardiogram time(4.91±1.04)min was significantly due to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 93.94%,which was significantly higher than 78.79%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.288,P=0.024<0.05).Conclusion Judging from the results of this study,in the process of nursing acute myocardial infarction emergency patients,compared with the general emergency care process,using the emergency care process to optimize the path to care for patients can receive better results,not only effectively improve patients'satisfaction with nursing services,and at the same time greatly improve the efficiency of first aid,which has high clinical promotion value.
