股骨胫骨折护理中人性化护理的应用

Application of Humanized Nursing in Nursing of Femoral and Tibia Fractures

目的探讨股骨胫骨折护理中人性化护理的应用。方法于该院2016年6月—2019年10月入院治疗股骨胫骨折患者中随机选取70例;依据护理方式的不同,随机分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(人性化护理),每组35例。比较两组护理满意度、骨折愈合情况及并发症。结果观察组护理总满意度为94.28%(33/35)高于对照组的71.42%(25/35)(χ^2=4.928,P=0.026<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率(8.57%)低于对照组(31.42%)(χ^2=4.375,P=0.036<0.05);观察组骨折总愈合率(85.71%)高于对照组(60.00%)(χ^2=4.623,P=0.031<0.05)。结论针对股骨颈骨折患者实施人性化护理,可显著改善患者病灶,提高临床治疗效果,减少并发症,提高护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application of humanized nursing care of femoral and tibial fractures.Methods From June 2016 to October 2019 in the hospital,70 patients were rondomly selected for treatment of femoral and tibial fractures;according to different nursing methods,they were randomly divided into control group(routine care)and observation group(humanized care),each group 35 cases.The nursing satisfaction,fracture healing and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.28%(33/35)higher than 71.42%(25/35)of the control group(χ^2=4.928,P=0.026<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the observation group(8.57%)was lower than the control group(31.42%)(χ^2=4.375,P=0.036<0.05);the total fracture healing rate in the observation group(85.71%)was higher than the control group(60.00%)(χ^2=4.623,P=0.031<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humanized nursing for patients with femoral neck fractures can significantly improve the patient’s focus,improve clinical treatment effects,reduce complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion.
