快速康复护理在半月板损伤关节镜治疗中的应用

Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing in Arthroscopic Treatment of Meniscus Injury

目的探讨快速康复外科护理在膝关节镜下治疗半月板损伤中的应用效果。方法方便选取2017年5月—2018年4月收治的半月板损伤行关节镜治疗的86例患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上应用快速康复外科理念,制定临床护理路径和流程。比较两组患者的手术效果(住院天数、住院费用及膝关节功能评分)、并发症、疼痛评分。结果观察组患者的平均住院天数、住院费用、疼痛分值、膝关节功能评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生率为4.65%低于对照组的41.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=16.679,P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理干预有助于促进半月板损伤行关节镜手术治疗患者的快速康复,减少术后并发症,减轻疼痛。

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in the treatment of meniscus injuries under knee arthroscopy.Methods Convenient selection 86 patients with meniscus injury who underwent arthroscopic treatment from May 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group applied the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery on the basis of the control group to develop clinical nursing paths and procedures.The surgical effect(days of hospitalization,hospitalization cost and knee function score),complications,and pain score of the two groups were compared.Results The average length of hospitalization,hospitalization expenses,pain score,and knee function score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 4.65%lower than that of the control group 41.86%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=16.679,P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention is helpful to promote the rapid recovery of meniscus injury patients undergoing arthroscopic surgery,reduce postoperative complications,and relieve pain.
