复方异丙托溴铵在急性加重期慢阻肺治疗中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Compound Ipratropium Bromide in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨复方异丙托溴铵在急性加重期慢阻肺治疗中的应用效果。方法便利采集2015年9月—2018年9月收治的100例急性加重期慢阻肺患者随机数字表分组。A组进行抗感染、化痰、平喘、激素治疗,B组进行抗感染、化痰、平喘、激素联合复方异丙托溴铵。分析效果。结果B组总效率96.00%高于A组78.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.256,P<0.05)。治疗后B组呼吸困难评分、FEV1、FVC以及血气氧分压和生活质量评分优于A组(P<0.05)。B组咳痰症状消失时间、气流阻塞改善时间、胸闷消失时间、咳嗽消失时间(7.56±0.45)、(7.01±1.61)、(4.02±0.10)、(7.21±1.46)d短于A组(t=5.671、6.721、5.636、5.221,P<0.05)。B组不良反应发生率2.00%和A组2.00%差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.000,P>0.05)。结论急性加重期慢阻肺患者行抗感染、化痰、平喘、激素联合复方异丙托溴铵效果确切。

Objective To explore the effect of compound ipratropium bromide in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A random number table of 100 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was conveniently selected from September 2015 to September 2018.Group A received anti-infective,phlegm-resolving,anti-asthmatic,and hormone therapy.Group B received anti-infection,phlegm-resolving,anti-asthmatic,hormone combined with compound ipratropium bromide.Analyze the effect.Results The total efficiency of group B was 96.00%higher than that of group A 78.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.256,P<0.05).After treatment,the dyspnea score,FEV1,FVC,blood oxygen partial pressure and quality of life scores in group B were better than those in group A(P<0.05).The disappearance time of sputum symptoms,the improvement time of airflow obstruction,the disappearance time of chest tightness,and the disappearance time of cough in group B were shorter than those in group A at(7.56±0.45)d,(7.01±1.61)d,(4.02±0.10)d,(7.21±1.46)d(t=5.671,6.721,5.636,5.221,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between 2.00%in group B and 2.00%in group A(χ2=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion In the acute exacerbation stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the effect of anti-infection,phlegm-resolving,anti-asthmatic,hormone combined with compound ipratropium bromide is effective.
