泌尿外科临床感染因素与防治对策分析

Analysis of Clinical Infection Factors and Prevention Measures in Urology

目的分析泌尿外科感染因素并给出针对性的防治对策。方法随机抽选2017年5月—2019年5月该院泌尿科78患者为研究对象,并且根据分析需要把患者分成两组,感染组是治疗时间出现感染患者,未感染组是治疗期间没有出现感染患者,对比治疗获得感染因素。结果分析两组患者资料中,患者出现感染因素和患者的使用抗生素情况(感染组预防使用有28例、未感染组只有8例)、感染组患者住院时间为(13.56±4.14)、未感染组为(5.32±3.19),患者年龄因素(感染组≥55岁26例、未感染组≥55岁10例),感染组患者留置尿管时间为(6.58±2.25)、未感染组(3.27±1.47),采用入侵治疗的感染组有27例、未感染组9例。两组数据对照差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泌尿外科导致患者感染因素为多方面,医护人员需找出感染因素,采取有效措施防止,以此来保证患者减少感染风险。

Objective Analyze urological infection factors and give targeted prevention and treatment strategies.Methods A random selection of 78 patients from the Department of Urology of the hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 was the observation control,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the analysis needs.The infection group was patients with infection during treatment,and the without infection group was patients without infection during treatment.,Comparing treatment to obtain infection factors.ResultsIn the analysis of the data of the two groups of patients,the infection factors of the patients and the use of antibiotics in the patients(the infection group has 28 cases of preventive use,and the uninfected group had only 8 cases),the hospitalization time of the infected group was(13.56±4.14),and the uninfected group was(5.32±3.19),the age of the patients(26 cases in the infected group≥55 years old,10 cases in the non-infected group≥55 years old),indwelling catheter time of patients in the infected group was(6.58±2.25),and in the non-infected group(3.27±1.47),There were 27 cases in the infection group and 9 cases in the witnout infection group using invasive treatment.The difference between the two groups of data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors that cause infection in patients in urology.Medical staff need to find out the infection factors and take effective measures to prevent them,so as to ensure that patients reduce the risk of infection.
