蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合糖皮质激素治疗亚急性甲状腺炎疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid Combined with Glucocorticoid in the Treatment of Subacute Thyroiditis

目的分析亚急性甲状腺炎临床选择蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合糖皮质激素治疗的效果。方法方便选择2016年5月—2019年3月该院确诊的112例亚急性甲状腺炎患者为对象,随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各56例,对照组应用糖皮质激素治疗,观察组应用蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合糖皮质激素治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组总有效率78.57%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.667,P<0.05),观察组治疗2周后FT3、FT4、ESR、CRP、FIB各指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为12.50%、14.28%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.077,P>0.05)。结论蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合糖皮质激素治疗亚急性甲状腺炎能够加快症状改善,获得更好的疗效,且治疗安全性高。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid combined with glucocorticoid therapy for subacute thyroiditis.Methods From May 2016 to March 2019,112 patients with subacute thyroiditis diagnosed in the hospital were convenient selected as subjects.Random number table method was divided into control group and observation group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with glucocorticoid and observation group was treated with Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid combined with glucocorticoid to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.86%,which was higher than the total effective rate of 78.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.667,P<0.05).After two weeks of treatment in the observation group,the levels of FT3,FT4,ESR,CRP and FIB were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group was 12.50%and 14.28%,the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.077,P>0.05).Conclusion Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid combined with glucocorticoid can accelerate the improvement of symptoms,obtain better curative effect,and have high safety in treatment of subacute thyroiditis.
