耳穴贴压在眩晕护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Ear Acupoint Pressing in the Nursing of Vertigo

目的分析耳穴贴压在眩晕护理中的应用效果。方法方便选取2017年10月—2019年10月该院收治的76例眩晕症患者,采取随机数字表法,将76例患者均分为对照组和观察组,每组为38例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上增加耳穴贴压护理,观察两组患者的护理满意度及干预前后眩晕症状评分。结果对照组患者非常满意15例,基本满意14例,不满意9例,对照组护理满意度为76.31%,观察组患者非常满意22例,基本满意12例,不满意4例,观察组的护理满意度为89.47%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.097,P=0.013);干预2周、3周、4周后,观察组患者的眩晕症状评分(9.15±1.21)分、(7.20±1.16)分、(5.50±0.23)分,明显比对照组患者低,差异有统计学意义(t=11.277、17.497、26.686,P<0.001)。结论眩晕护理中实施耳穴贴压,可有效改善患者眩晕症状,患者护理满意度更高,值得在临床护理中推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of ear acupoint pressing in the nursing of vertigo.Methods Select 76 patients with vertigo who were admitted to the hospital from October 2017 to October 2019.Using a random number table method,76 patients were divided into control group and observation group,each with 38 cases,control group receiving routine nursing care,the observation group added ear point pressing nursing on the basis of routine nursing,and observed the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients and the score of dizziness symptoms before and after intervention.Results 15 patients in the control group were very satisfied,14 were basically satisfied,and 9 were dissatisfied.The nursing satisfaction rate of the control group was 76.31%.The observation group was very satisfied with 22 cases,basically satisfied with 12 cases,and dissatisfied with 4 cases.The nursing satisfaction rate was 89.47%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.097,P=0.013);after 2 weeks,3 weeks,and 4 weeks of intervention,the patients in the observation group had dizziness symptom scores(9.15±1.21)points,(7.20±1.16)points,(5.50±0.23)points,significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.277,17.497,26.686,P<0.001).Conclusion Applying ear acupoint pressing in vertigo nursing can effectively improve the symptoms of vertigo,and the satisfaction of patient care is higher.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing.
