探析人性化服务在心血管内科临床护理中的应用

摘要 目的探讨人性化服务护理在心血管内科临床护理中的重要意义。方法方便选取2018年11月—2019年11月该院所接收的160例心血管内科患者为研究对象,将这160例患者随机分为两组,对于对照组的80例患者采取常规护理模式,对于观察组的80例患者在常规护理的基础之上采取人性化服务护理干预的方式。在干预1个月之后,对比分析两组患者对于相关护理人员的满意程度。结果观察组的患者对于护理人员的满意程度达到97.5%,明显要高于对照组50.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=46.618,P<0.05)。结论将人性化服务护理干预应用到心血管内科临床护理之中,使得患者能够提高对于护理人员的满意程度,因此,人性化护理干预值得在心血管内科临床护理中加以推广。 Objective To explore the importance of humanized service nursing in clinical nursing of cardiovascular medicine.Methods Convenienty selected 160 patients in cardiovascular medicine received from November 2018 to November 2019 as research objects.The 160 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The 80 patients in the control group were treated with conventional care.The 80 patients in the observation group took humanized service nursing intervention on the basis of routine care.After 1 month of intervention,the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed for their satisfaction with the relevant nursing staff.Results The patients in the observation group were 97.5%satisfied with the nursing staff,which was significantly higher than 50%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=46.618,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized service nursing intervention to the clinical nursing of cardiovascular medicine enable the patients to increase their satisfaction with nursing staff,therefore,humanized nursing intervention is worthy of promotion in the clinical nursing of cardiovascular medicine.
