铸造企业推行精益生产方式的几点思考

Reflections on the Implementation of Lean Production in Foundry Enterprises

作为现阶段国际上通用的先进生产管理方式,精益生产方式广泛应用到了我国铸造企业的生产过程中,并已经成为铸造企业得以长效发展的有效管理工具之一。结合生产实际,探讨了在铸造生产过程中推行精益方式的可行性与有效性,提出了几点思考。

As an internationally common advanced production management mode,lean management mode has been widely used in China's casting production process and has become one of the effective management tools for long-term development of casting enterprises.Based on the production practice,the feasibility and effectiveness of the lean method in casting production were discussed,and some thoughts were put forward.
