摘要
介绍了高档数控机床大型结构铸件数控车床床身、立式加工中心床身和龙门加工中心横梁的工艺改善过程,并利用铸造数值模拟技术对铸件的流动场进行模拟分析,优化了铸造工艺参数。通过调整炉料配比、化学成分,改善铁液熔化控制过程,结合热时效工艺,获得了强度高、组织和硬度均匀、加工性能良好的优质铸件,满足了高档数控机床对大型结构铸件的质量要求。
The process improvements of large structural casting of CNC lathe bed,vertical machining center bed and planer type machining center beam for large structure casting of high-grade CNC machine tools are introduced.The casting numerical simulation technology was used to simulate and analyze the castings and optimize the casting process parameters.By adjusting the furnace charge ratio,chemical composition,improving the molten iron controlling process and combining with the thermal aging process,high quality castings with high strength,microstructure and hardness homogenization as well as good machining performance were obtained,which met the quality requirements of high-grade CNC machine tools for large structural castings.
