详细阐述了制动盘使用性能对其较高强度、优良散热能力和热疲劳能力、良好减振性及耐磨性的要求,介绍了能得到上述性能要求的灰铸铁制动盘的化学成分设计原理,并进行了生产性验证。
The requirements of high strength,excellent heat dissipation capacity,thermal fatigue capacity,good vibration damping and wear resistance of the brake disc are expounded in detail,and the design principle of chemical composition of the grey cast iron brake disc which can obtain the above performance requirements is introduced,and the production verification is carried out.
