摘要
针对传统水玻璃精铸的污染与环保问题,通过低成本环保薄壳硅溶胶快干工艺,实现了传统精铸工艺的转型升级。该工艺从模料与制壳材料选取、快干强化剂添加、制壳和脱蜡回收处理等关键工序进行优化,彻底消除了水玻璃、盐酸、氯盐等污染物使用,实现酸雾、钠盐的零排放,为同类工艺转型升级提供了借鉴。
In view of the pollution and environmental protection problem of traditional sodium silicate precision casting,the transformation and upgrading of traditional precision casting technology were realized through the low-cost and environmentfriendly thin-shell silica sol quick-drying process.The process is optimized from the selection of mold material and shell making material,the addition of quick-drying strengthening agent,shell making and dewaxing recovery treatment,and completely eliminates the use of sodium silicate,hydrochloric acid,chlorine salt and other pollutants,and realizes no emission of acid fog and sodium salt.It provides reference for the transformation and upgrading of similar processes.
